External Workshop Description 🤍

Celebrate in a unique and special way as we bring the Rawaq Afraa artistic experience to your location, with all the tools and materials needed for the workshop. 🤍

1. Price

2,000 SAR for 10 people.

Each additional person: 200 SAR.

2. Booking Method

Choose your preferred date and time. We will check availability, contact you, and confirm the booking after management approval and payment.

The booking must be completed at least 1 week before the workshop date.

You can change or cancel the workshop date up to 3 days before the scheduled date, subject to the availability of an alternative date.

If no alternative date is available, the cancellation and refund policy will apply.

3. The Booking Includes

The workshop will be held at your chosen location.

All tools and materials needed for the workshop.

One unified workshop for all participants, of your choice.

A private instructor to explain and organize the workshop.

Workshop table setup according to your chosen color.

Preparing and arranging the workshop space at your location.

4. Add-Ons

A private event coordinator can be added for an additional fee.

5. Terms & Conditions

A suitable space must be provided for the workshop and table setup.

The workshop location and its details must be provided when making the booking.

The booking will be confirmed after the required payment is made.

Please adhere to the scheduled workshop time.

A 150 SAR deposit is required. If the scheduled time is not respected, the full deposit will be deducted.
